About Me

Our founder, Chef Bea, started cooking with her grandmother on their New England family farm before she could even see over the table. Doing so sparked in her a passion for food that she continues to hold close to her heart.


She graduated, summa cum laude, with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Business Entrepreneurship, and is a certified food safety manager. After her husband was diagnosed with Diverticulitis and Chron's Disease, she took on the challenge of becoming a plant-based chef, who cooks foods that are both delicious and guilt-free.


Chef Bea is also a mother of three, and a teacher, with experience working in both regular and special education classrooms. Currently, she is using these found skills to teach virtual cooking class for both children and adults.
